Join us for an intimate gastronomic experience where ancient tradition meets modern mastery. In collaboration with Marlobobo, Norway’s acclaimed meadery 🍯, and brouwerij Donck, one of Belgium’s most innovative lambic producers 🇧🇪, we invite just 50 guests to a one-night-only pairing event celebrating complexity, terroir, and time ⏳.
Expect three signature dishes, carefully composed to interact with the depth and nuance of each beverage. One course will feature caviar, highlighting precision, salinity, and elegance at the highest level.
You will be guided through:
- Two distinctive meads from Marlobobo 🍯 – expressive, layered, and deeply rooted in Nordic craftsmanship
- Two refined lambics from Donck 🍾 – showcasing spontaneous fermentation, balance, and Belgian tradition
