The Toronto chapter of the Mikkeller Running Club has led monthly beer runs since the spring of 2015.
Part of the RunTOBeer series, MRC events typically follow the "first Saturday of every month" schedule, but occasionally get shuffled slightly to accommodate local races or other events.
Our designated clubhouse is the Craft Brasserie & Grille, in Liberty Village, which features 120 taps and an excellent food menu.
Choose from 10k, 5k and 3k distances, all free. Our volunteer pacers (aka the "Fluid Crew") learn the routes beforehand and adjust their individual paces to make sure no large gaps form and no one gets left behind.
Want to leave a change of clothes at the clubhouse? No problem. A bag drop is always available (but only the 10k starts at the Craft Brasserie).

A new MRC chapter has begun in Bournemouth.If you like good beer, keeping fit and meeting new people, join us for the Mikkeller Running Club run and social.
