MRC Goes to Palermo half and full marathon

PALERMO HALF & FULL MARATHON 2025 – JOIN THE ADVENTURE!

MRC Copenhagen and MRC Aarhus are heading to Palermo, Sicily to run the Half and Full Marathon – and we’d love you to come along!

• Race day: Sunday

• Explore stunning Palermo and the rest of Sicily – plenty of sights, food, and sunshine to enjoy.

Travel & Stay This is a DIY trip: book your own flights, bib, and hotel.

• Recommended hotel: Mercure Palermo Centro – modern, well-located near the start area, and great value.
• Sample budget (Thu–Sun):
  • Flights: around 2,200 DKK
  • Hotel: about 2,100 DKK for three nights (≈1,050 DKK per person in a shared room)
  • However, Sunday is race day, so you may want to add an extra day or two. Furthermore there is a lot to see in Palermo and on Sicily in general.
