Ramen To Biiru CPH Airport is our location at Copenhagen Airport and our second adventure within the airport itself. Situated right next to the Mikkeller CPH Airport bar, it is the perfect place to enjoy first-class ramen and beer when traveling to or from Copenhagen.

The story of Ramen To Biiru began when Mikkel Bjergsø, Daisuke Uki and Takuro Otani set out to introduce Copenhageners to an authentic Japanese ramen concept and combine Japanese fast food with Mikkeller's beer on tap.

Mikkel knew Daisuke as the owner of Bento, a small family-run Japanese restaurant where he had been a regular guest for many years. A conversation about ramen revealed that they shared a dream of opening a ramen bar in Copenhagen. Daisuke knew an excellent Japanese ramen chef, Takuro Otani, who was ready to move to Copenhagen to help create the best ramen bar outside of Japan.

Today you can enjoy that same delicious ramen right at the airport, the perfect way to start or end your journey.
