Copenhagen cannot get enough of our ramen restaurants, which is why we opened our eighth Ramen To Bíiru location in Hellerup. This is the perfect place to get your traditionally prepared ramen. Master Takuro Otani from Japan moved to Copenhagen to protect the tradition of this historic dish.Working within the three major categories of ramen – Shio, Shoyu, and Miso – Takuro’s ramen represents a spectrum of flavours. These flavours range from the lightest (shio) to the richest (miso), all topped with homemade noodles and carefully selected toppings. This marriage of flavour and tradition is what made Ramen to Bíiru a massive success in Copenhagen.This location is small and cosy just like our first restaurant in Nørrebro. Please come and taste the traditional taste of Japan. The selection of ramen is the same as our other Ramen to Bíiru spots, with a rotating monthly ramen and all the other goodies you’ve come to know and love from this family of restaurants.
